The support one person can offer another is deeply coded into us all. As a Therapist I work with clients to support and encourage their development within many areas of their lives, from addiction and depression to support with personality disorders and anxiety. I work in an integrative style, with elements of psychodynamic and behavioural therapeutic styles. I have found that therapy can provide a stable foundation for you to build on whatever your hopes and dreams. Whether you need support to deal with a short term problem or engage in long term therapeutic work I believe that I can help.

Anger Issues
Anger is a natural emotion but when it feels out of control, turns inward, or harms relationships, it can leave you feeling ashamed, misunderstood, or isolated.
Addiction
Addiction often begins as a way to cope with pain or stress, but can leave you feeling trapped, ashamed, or out of control. The source of our comfort becomes the prison of addiction.
Men's Mental Health
Many men are taught to stay strong and keep emotions hidden. But over time, silence can become heavy — leading to stress, anger, or a loss of connection.
Anxiety
Anxiety can leave you feeling constantly on edge, caught in a cycle of worry or unable to switch off. Perhaps you find yourself anticipating the worst, avoiding difficult situions or struggling with uncertainty.
Depression
Depression can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected or unable to find pleasure in things that once mattered. You may be struggling with low mood, self-criticism, a loss of motivation or a sense that life has become difficult to navigate.
LGBTQ Support
Finding a place where you feel comfortable being yourself is not always straightforward. Questions about identity, family relationships, belonging or experiences of rejection can sometimes leave us feeling anxious, isolated or uncertain.
